Analytics Maturity Self-Audit (compact)

Use this compact audit in a 60–90 minute workshop to quickly identify top gaps across people, process, data, and tooling. For each checklist item select Red (needs immediate attention), Amber (work in progress), or Green (good). Capture observations and enter up to three prioritized recommendations mapped to your Analytics Roadmap (short description, owner, timeframe).

Scoring guidance: be conservative—if unsure, choose Amber. The facilitator should capture short evidence/examples in section observations. Save the audit to record results and support follow-up planning.
