Complete the orientation checklist, customize a repeatable 1:1 agenda, record delegation decisions, plan early wins, map key stakeholders, and commit to a development checklist you and your sponsor can reference. Save the form and update it as you make progress.

Tips: Start simple, prioritize two to three early wins, delegate deliberately, and schedule a regular feedback rhythm with your sponsor.
