Quick publishing guidance

  • Store the completed article in a searchable location (wiki, CMS, shared drive) and tag it for discoverability.
  • Assign at least one maintainer and a review cadence.
  • Link to supporting artifacts (diagrams, scripts, config files, SOPs).

Review cadence: e.g., quarterly; next review date: YYYY-MM-DD

A concise title for this article (used as the document title).
One-paragraph summary: why this exists and when to use it.
List numbered steps with expected durations and required tools. Be concrete and specific.
Capture why important decisions were made and any known failure modes. This prevents repeated debates later.
URLs, document paths, diagram names, scripts, config files—one per line or comma-separated.
Short keywords or team-specific tags to help people find this later (comma-separated).
Who will keep this up to date? Include backup maintainers if available.
How often this article should be reviewed and refreshed.
Preferred format YYYY-MM-DD. Leave blank to calculate from review cadence.
Where should the completed article live? (wiki page, shared folder, knowledge base URL).
Track state so maintainers know next steps.
