Prefer sans-serif fonts, 18–24pt minimum, and high-contrast color schemes.
Designate who facilitates, tracks time, and captures notes or action items.
Share quick troubleshooting steps and who to contact during the meeting.
Summaries should include decisions, owners, and deadlines; share in text and other formats.
Rate the meeting's accessibility from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent).
Record observations, accommodation requests, or improvements to apply next time.
