Meeting Health Checklist — Before, During, After

Use this quick checklist before, during, and after a meeting to confirm it's necessary, inclusive, focused on outcomes, and followed by clear ownership. Save one checklist per meeting to track quality over time.

How to use: Answer the yes/no items, add brief comments, then save. Count the number of 'Yes' answers to compute a simple score (out of 13). Suggested interpretation: 11–13 = healthy meeting; 8–10 = acceptable but improvable; <8 = needs immediate improvement.

Were decisions and decision criteria made clear during the meeting?
