Use this guided walkthrough to observe a meeting, team interaction, or 1:1 and surface concrete ways to strengthen psychological safety and inclusion. The form takes about 10–15 minutes. Rate observable behaviors, capture short examples, and create follow-up actions so the team can learn and improve.

When to use: rotating team leadership, retros, monthly reviews, onboarding check-ins, or ad-hoc observations.
