One short sentence explaining why this meeting exists (keep it focused).

Describe the decision to be made, the options, and any decision criteria.
Key facts, data, or earlier decisions attendees should know before the meeting.
List the specific questions this meeting must resolve or clarify.

Name people and their responsibilities during the meeting (who will own follow-ups).
How many minutes should an attendee expect to spend reading this pre-read? Keep it under 10 if possible.

Describe blockers, who can resolve them, and by when.
