For RACI-lite use the format: Area/Deliverable -> Owner ; Contributors ; Approver. For risk register use rows like: Risk | Likelihood (Low/Med/High) | Impact (Low/Med/High) | Mitigation | Owner.

Short, memorable name for the initiative (required).
What the initiative intends to change, who benefits, and the high-level approach. Keep it to 2–4 sentences.
List measurable outcomes you will use to judge success. Use format: Metric | Target | Owner. Example: Reduce median time-to-approve | 48 hours | Product Ops.
List people or teams and their roles (e.g., Product — Owner; Engineering — Delivery; Legal — Compliance).
One row per milestone. Format: Milestone | Due date (YYYY-MM-DD) | Owner | Dependencies. Example: 'Integration complete | 2026-10-15 | Platform Team | API spec ready, Security sign-off'. Paste a CSV or newline-separated rows.
Use a lightweight accountability format for key areas or deliverables. Format example: 'Onboarding flow -> Owner: Experience Lead ; Contributors: Engineering, Docs ; Approver: PM'. Include only Owner, Contributors, Approver to keep it focused.
One row per risk. Format: Risk | Likelihood (Low/Med/High) | Impact (Low/Med/High) | Mitigation | Owner. Example: 'Vendor delivery delay | Med | High | Identify fallback vendor; early order | Eng Lead'.
List audience, message summary, cadence, channel, and owner. Format: Audience | Message | Cadence | Channel | Owner. Example: 'Executive sponsors | Monthly progress summary | Monthly | Email + dashboard | Program Lead'.
