This assessment helps teams quantify energy, material, and process waste for a specific process or area, identify low-effort reduction opportunities, and prioritize pilots that align sustainability with operational excellence. Submit one assessment per process or area so results can be compared and prioritized.

How to use: Complete required fields, add best-available estimates for energy, materials and waste, list quick-win ideas, and score pilot priority. If you manage many processes, repeat this form for each process or export submissions for side-by-side comparison. Use local emission factors to estimate CO2e where available.
