  • Impact: Low / Medium / High / Transformational — consider safety, quality, cost, time, and customer effect.
  • Complexity: Low / Medium / High — how difficult is implementation (skills, approvals, equipment)?
  • Triage Priority: Higher priority when Impact is High and Complexity is Low. Use the quick vote and estimates to speed routing.

Describe the problem or waste you observed and who or what it affects.
Describe what to do (or what changed) in actionable steps someone can follow for a pilot.
Check the types of value your idea will likely create.
If possible, estimate amounts (e.g., 10% fewer defects, saves 2 hours per shift, or avoids $X per month). Use ranges if unsure.
Choose how meaningful the change would be if fully implemented. Examples: Low = small tweak; Transformational = large step-change.
Estimate effort, approvals, and cost to implement a pilot.
