This interactive checklist guides teams from operator autonomous maintenance through planned maintenance creation and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. Establish measurement cadence, review boards, and improvement experiments.
Meeting cadence, KPI dashboards, improvement experiments and results.
Describe a target such as MTBF increase, MTTR reduction, % uptime, or failure reduction goal (e.g., Increase MTBF by 20% in pilot).
Record the current metric value to track against the target.
Suggested pilot assets, shift, or cell; define boundaries, expected outcomes, and measurement plan.
Quickly rate whether the team has data, owners, and resources to run the pilot.
