Employee Idea Submission

Share practical improvement ideas from the frontline

Use this short form to describe an idea that could improve safety, quality, cost, time, or customer experience. We value every submission — here’s how it works: the triage team will acknowledge and review your idea within 5 business days, apply simple evaluation criteria (impact, effort, feasibility, alignment, risk), and either assign the idea for pilot, schedule implementation, request more information, or provide a clear reason if it won’t move forward. If your idea is implemented, we’ll follow the recognition preference you choose.

Tip: Be concise and concrete. Include expected benefits and how much effort you think it will take. If you’re willing to lead or help, mark that — frontline leadership often accelerates good ideas.

A short, specific title (6–12 words) that summarizes the idea.
What is the change or improvement? Who is affected and where would it happen?
Select the primary benefits you expect.
Quantify where possible (e.g., time saved per week, expected reduction in defects, approximate annual cost savings).
Rough total person-hours to pilot or implement (best guess). Use 0.5 for half an hour, etc.
If there are obvious material costs, estimate them here. Leave blank if unknown.
How risky is the change operationally, legally, or for safety?
Use urgency to help triage when combined with impact.
