Ergonomics Quick Walkthrough Checklist

Use this short walkthrough to quickly identify common ergonomic and human-factors risks at a workstation or work area. Record observations, suggested quick fixes, and next steps. This checklist is designed for rapid use on the shop floor or office — it helps you capture actionable observations so follow-up work orders, referrals, or improvements can be tracked.

Tips: Be specific about location, take a photo if possible, suggest practical fixes (adjustments, simple tools, job rotation) and indicate if a formal ergonomics assessment is needed.
