Use this checklist to assess whether a knowledge repository or content collection is structured for long-term retrieval, trust, and reuse. Provide evidence where possible so teams can prioritize fixes and measure progress over time. Fields marked required should be completed for an authoritative review.

Is there a named individual or role responsible for this repository's content and upkeep?
If assigned, provide the owner's name, role, or team (e.g., 'Knowledge Manager' or 'Plant Ops Lead').
Are metadata tags, categories, or a taxonomy consistently applied across content?
Are the key index fields used by search filled in for most content?
Have representative search queries been run and evaluated for relevance?
If tested, give an overall score. Use 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent).

Are permissions, group access, and confidentiality labels correct for repository content?
Is there a documented retention or archival schedule and who enforces it?
Are there clear processes to add new content, update existing content, and onboard contributors?

Record notable failures, duplicates, or stale items discovered during QA.
Paste links to issue tickets, screenshots, or example pages that demonstrate the state of the repository.
