Purpose

This lightweight huddle helps teams focus on a small set of leading indicators, surface learning questions, record short experiments, and convert insights into owned actions. Keep it short, evidence-driven, and outcome-focused.

Agenda & Suggested Timings (15–30 minutes)

1. Quick scoreboard (3 metrics) — 4–6 min: share current values, one insight or anomaly per metric.
2. Leading-indicator spotlight (1 item) — 3–5 min: dive briefly into what’s changing and why it matters.
3. Learning question & experiment update — 3–6 min: status, quick findings, next step.
4. Blockers & decisions — 2–4 min: identify decisions that unblock progress and assign an owner.
5. Actions & owners — 1–3 min: confirm clear next actions and due targets.
