Stakeholder Communication Plan: Experiments & Decisions

Purpose

Use this interactive template to plan clear, timely, and useful communications about experiments, decisions, and learning. Capture who needs to know, why they need to know, how you will tell them, how often, who owns the message, and how you will measure success. Save one plan per decision or experiment so the organization builds an accessible history of learning.

How to use this form: Complete the fields below for each stakeholder group. Provide concrete one-sentence messages and sample snippets for the most important channels (executive summary, team update, knowledge repository). Use the examples as starting points and adapt the language to your organization’s tone and risks.
