Use this interactive checklist to quickly assess readiness, collect the evidence that demonstrates progress, assign owners, and choose the highest‑impact first steps. Each item includes simple acceptance criteria and room to record quick evidence so your team can show early wins and maintain momentum.

Rate your team’s overall readiness to start a focused organizational intelligence effort. Use 1 for minimal readiness and 5 for a clear mandate, owners, and early wins identified.

Acceptance criteria: leadership can state why learning/knowledge flow matters for the mission. Evidence: a sponsor or short written statement linking the effort to goals.
Paste a short excerpt, link, or note that demonstrates alignment (one or two sentences).
Acceptance criteria: a named sponsor who will clear cross‑team obstacles and allocate small resources.
Enter the sponsor’s name or role.
Email excerpt, meeting note, or brief confirmation that the sponsor agreed to support the work.
Acceptance criteria: a named person will coordinate initial actions and run the first huddle or experiment.
Enter the person responsible for initial implementation.
Meeting note, chat confirmation, or calendar invite showing the owner committed.
Acceptance criteria: a root location (wiki, drive folder, KB tool) with recent content and a point of contact.
Paste a link or short note describing where knowledge currently lives.
Acceptance criteria: an existing recurring meeting and owner; captures actions or decisions.
List the recurring meetings and owners (e.g., weekly ops huddle, monthly review).
Acceptance criteria: a template or place where decisions and rationale are stored.
Link or short example of a decision record or template.
These are small, visible changes that demonstrate value within weeks.
Describe what will count as 'done' for the selected wins and what quick evidence you’ll collect (links, screenshots, meeting notes).
Name the person(s) who will implement and measure the win.
Select roles you plan to assign; use the detail field to name people or rotate roles.
Map chosen roles to people or describe a rotation schedule (one sentence per role).
Describe the core objective, 2–3 activities, and who will lead them. Keep it measurable and timebound.
List 2–4 metrics you’ll track (e.g., dashboard live, x decisions recorded, onboarding time reduced) and specific numeric or binary targets.
Acceptance criteria: a plan to announce progress to stakeholders and celebrate small wins to build momentum.
How you will share progress (channel, cadence) and what small celebrations or recognition you’ll use.
Choose the most important initial actions to schedule in the next two weeks.
List 2–3 barriers and one small mitigation you’ll try first for each.
