Purpose

Use this 15–30 minute weekly huddle to notice trends, surface early warnings, learn from experiments, and pick 1–3 high-impact priorities for the coming week.

Roles & Timing

• Time: 15 minutes (compact) or 30 minutes (deeper)
• Roles: Review (look at the numbers), Insight (explain what changed), Decide (pick priorities & actions)

Script (read or paraphrase)

Review: "Quick roll call of 3 key KPIs — what's the number and the trend?" (5–10 min)

Insight: "What one thing explains the change? What worked? What warning signs do we see?" (5–10 min)

Decide: "Choose the top priority (or two). Who will do what by when? Which low-value activity should we stop or reduce?" (3–7 min)
