Weekly KPI Huddle — Timed Script & Agenda

Weekly KPI Huddle (15–30 minutes)

This short, timeboxed huddle helps a one-person business spot trends, protect learning from experiments, and choose the highest-impact work for the coming week. Pull 3–5 key metrics before the meeting (sales, pipeline, traffic, conversion, cash on hand, etc.). Keep the meeting focused, capture owners, and save the result so you can track trends over time.

Suggested rhythm:

  • Quick metric check — ~5 minutes: glance at the 3–5 numbers and note important changes.
  • Wins & issues — ~5 minutes: celebrate progress and surface pressing problems.
  • Experiments & customer signals — ~10 minutes: record what you tested, what customers signaled, and what you learned.
  • Top priorities — ~5 minutes: agree the 1–3 highest-impact priorities for the coming week and who owns them.

This form is structured to capture the essentials quickly. Use the free-text fields for short bullets or one-line items. Saving huddles consistently builds an objective record you can review to spot slow-drip trends before they become crises.

Use the week-ending date or meeting date. Example: 2026-09-07
Keep this short — 15–30 minutes is ideal.
