Weekly KPI Tracker — Lightweight Sheet

Use this simple weekly tracker during your huddle to capture the key numbers, experiments, and next actions. Save one entry per week so you can spot trends without drowning in detail. In the huddle, review the attention flag, one-line trend, experiments, and action items.

How to use: Choose one primary lead metric for the week (examples: New leads, Trials started, Proposals sent, Active subscriptions). Record conversion and revenue if relevant. Keep running experiments short and named, assign an owner, and record one or two next actions. Consistent weekly labels make trend comparison simple.

Suggested lead metrics: New leads, Qualified calls, Trial starts, Proposals sent, New paying customers.
