Modules: 1) Safety & PPE, 2) Basic machine operation, 3) Quality checks and sample acceptance, 4) Changeover basics, 5) Simple troubleshooting, 6) Handover & communication, 7) Continuous improvement participation. Each module: learning objective, 5-minute micro-lesson, 10-minute coached practice, and a 3-question competency check.
