Welcome — Supplier Onboarding Checklist

Use this interactive form to capture onboarding details, confirm specifications and samples, set delivery and invoicing expectations, record the first 30 days of acceptance checks, and register follow-up actions. Completing this checklist reduces the risk of quality problems, disputes, and stockouts and makes handoffs between procurement, operations, and QA clearer.

How to use

  1. Fill required supplier and contact information and record primary and backup contacts.
  2. Confirm specs, samples, packaging, temperature and traceability requirements.
  3. Paste or link your PO/contract text and record expected SLA and lead times.
  4. Complete the initial 30-day acceptance checks and note any non-conformances.
  5. When issues occur, complete the corrective action fields and assign an owner for follow-up.
