Standard Recipe Card — Fillable Template

Purpose: Turn an individual cook's know-how into a shareable, trainable, and searchable recipe card that keeps portions, technique, food safety, and quality consistent across cooks, shifts, and locations. Complete this form to store the recipe in your SOP library and optionally generate a 3x5 station card.

Optional: POS or inventory code for mapping.

Primary equipment and brief batch prep steps with times/temps.
Container type, label format, date, shelf life.
Numbered short action lines. For each step include: what to do; how to check it's right; target temp/time; what to record.
