Use this checklist to capture quick, high-impact energy and utility actions you can take today. Each item has a simple completed flag, a place for notes and who owns the task, and fields to record estimated cost, effort and monthly savings. After implementing an item, record before/after meter or usage numbers so your team can see measured savings. This checklist focuses on practical actions that won't reduce guest service. Typical quick wins include thermostat scheduling, LED lighting, refrigeration maintenance, simple controls, and behavior changes.

Are thermostat schedules set for occupied/unoccupied periods? Use setbacks when closed or overnight.
Which thermostats, who will change settings, and any vendor needed.

Replace high-hour lamps first (prep areas, back of house, exterior).
