Use this brief to capture an observed trend, evaluate its evidence and likely impact, and propose first experiments or monitoring steps. Keep entries concise, cite data sources, and assign an owner to move from observation to validated action.

Concise descriptive title (e.g., 'Rise in off‑premise delivery orders for brunch').
Use YYYY-MM-DD or a short date range.
What is changing? Who is affected? Be specific and cite an initial example.
Signals that alerted you (customer feedback, supplier notes, sales data, social posts, inspection, etc.).
List datasets, reports, vendor notes, articles, or observations that support this trend.
