Hiring & Interview Scorecard

Use this scorecard during interviews, trial shifts, or short service simulations to evaluate candidates consistently. Rate observable behaviors, record evidence, note red flags, and recommend a decision. We store each evaluation so teams can compare candidates and reduce bias.
