Run a test order to verify tickets print and route correctly
Describe errors or routing issues if any
Confirm team can communicate across line and with front of house
Choose the method used for the test
Includes slipping hazards, exposed wiring, blocked exits
Describe hazard and immediate mitigation steps taken
Confirm liners present and bins in correct locations
Use this to record follow-up actions or observations to raise at shift huddle
If yes, manager will be notified
