Use these short, practical checklists to run routine preventive maintenance checks before service or during scheduled PM windows. Each form captures the unit identity, date, technician, key pass/fail checks, measured readings, common warning signs, recommended spare parts, and an overall status. Save completed checks to create a maintenance record that helps spot patterns, prioritize repairs, and reduce emergency breakdowns.

If applicable, inspect belts for wear and proper tension.

Excessive heat in the kitchen, smoke, or visible leaks.
Belts, motors, fan blades, filters, hinges.
Record measured wash temperature.
Record measured rinse or final sanitizing temperature.
Check inlet pressure and spray performance.
Dispensers operating and set correctly.
Traps and filters free of debris.
Doors, hoses, pumps.
Door seals, unusual noises, poor wash results.
Hoses, seals, pumps, thermostats, spray arms.
If equipment has lubrication points, confirm they were serviced according to schedule.
