Multi-Location Launch & Handover Checklist

Purpose: A practical, assignable checklist to take a new location from site readiness to a stable first month. Assign owners, set due dates, capture notes, and record early metrics so you can stabilize faster and learn what to repeat.

How to use: Complete each task, name the owner, set a due date, and add notes. Save progress as you go. At the end of the 30-day stabilization period, use the Lessons Learned field to record improvements for the next opening.
