POS & Integrations Implementation Checklist

This interactive checklist helps technical and operational teams coordinate a reliable POS integration go-live. Use it to document decisions, verify data mappings, run and record tests, confirm monitoring, and capture final sign-off. Save this record for audits and post-go-live reviews.

Have field mappings been documented and peer-reviewed (menu IDs, modifiers, prices, timestamps, order IDs)?
Summarize any deliberate mappings, transformations, or known gaps.
Confirm each essential field is mapped, formatted, and tested.
How many end-to-end test orders were run? Include successful and failed attempts.

Who performs reconciliations, escalation steps, and common exception categories.
Is there a tested plan to return to the prior state if go-live fails?
List actionable rollback steps and conditions that trigger rollback.

Which systems send alerts, escalation path, and on-call contacts.
Short-term support window, on-call rota, and who can patch urgent fixes.
