Menu Change Launch Checklist

Purpose: Use this checklist to coordinate menu changes across kitchen, front-of-house, POS, marketing and suppliers so quality, service and guest experience remain reliable during the transition.

How to use it: Fill the form for each menu change and update it during launch week. Assign owners and due dates clearly so teams know who does what and when. Saved submissions become a record you can review at 30 days to decide whether to keep, tweak or remove new items.
