Weekly reflection — 10 minutes to compound your learning

Set a 10-minute ritual at the end of the week to capture quick insights. The habit of reflection turns isolated actions into cumulative growth.

  1. What I tried: One sentence summary of the experiment or action.
  2. What changed (numbers and signals): Short bullet points — primary metric, 1 supporting signal, one user quote if available.
  3. What I learned: One actionable lesson that will change how you act next.
  4. Next steps: Keep, tweak, stop, or scale? Be specific about the next short action and who else should know.

Save these weekly notes. After 8–12 weeks you’ll have a short, evidence-based portfolio showing repeated, measurable improvements.
