Welcome — run a huddle that improves output without costing people their energy
Most teams know how to chase a number. Few know how to raise throughput while keeping people healthy, engaged, and resilient. This huddle template helps you hold a short, predictable weekly meeting that focuses equally on flow metrics and lived wellbeing — so improvements stick instead of burning people out.
What this resource helps you do
- Run a 15-minute weekly KPI huddle that highlights throughput, blockers, and wellbeing.
- Turn problems into hypotheses and small experiments instead of pressure or blame.
- Track simple signals that reveal stress before it shows up as turnover or defects.
A quick way to begin
Schedule a fixed 15-minute slot each week with the same facilitator. Bring two things: a short metrics snapshot (3–6 numbers) and one wellbeing signal (a mood score, overtime hours, or a short team reflection). Start with one week of observation: run the agenda below once, take notes, then try one small experiment for two weeks and review results.
Note: This huddle is not for firefighting. Reserve a separate slot for tactical problem-solving. Use the huddle to create a shared picture of flow, surface risks to people and quality, and decide one short experiment to test.
