Prompt pattern: "Write a one-paragraph reply to [customer issue]. Keep tone helpful, include next steps, and ask one clarifying question." Verification: Check facts and timeline; confirm no new commitments were made.
2. Weekly research brief
Prompt pattern: "Summarize the attached 4 articles into 5 bullets: key finding, evidence, and one implication for our team." Verification: Spot-check 3 facts against sources and add citations.
3. Competitor feature comparison
