Pre/Post KPI Huddle Checklist
Before the huddle
- Decide and publish the meeting purpose (learning goals, not status report).
- Confirm 3–5 indicators to review and ensure the data steward has updated values/charts.
- Ask owners to bring one short hypothesis or context note (no long presentations).
- Share the meeting agenda and timebox expectations in advance.
During the huddle
- Start with a short norm reminder: we focus on learning; avoid blame.
- Use the numbers-at-a-glance approach — short context only.
- Prioritize 1–2 learning questions to pursue now.
- Agree experiments or decisions that are specific, time-boxed, and owner-assigned.
- Capture risks or dependencies that might affect interpretation.
After the huddle
- Record the huddle (use the interactive log) so experiments and owners are clear.
- Owners add experiment details to a shared tracker (what, how, expected indicator, review date).
- Data steward notes any measurement changes or data caveats for future reference.
- Share a one-paragraph recap and next review date with the team.
