Prioritization Worksheet — Impact vs Cross‑Functional Reach
Use this worksheet to convert observed hypotheses into prioritized experiments.
How to use
- For each hypothesis, estimate two scores (1–5): Impact (how much benefit if solved) and Reach (how many teams/functions are affected).
- Multiply the scores to create a simple priority score (Impact × Reach = Priority).
- Also estimate Effort (1–5). Prefer high-priority, low-effort pilots for earliest experiments.

Decision guidance
- Pick one quick win (Priority ≥ 10, Effort ≤ 3) to pilot immediately.
- Pick one strategic initiative (Priority high, Effort > 3) for phased work or leadership attention.
- Document expected metrics, owners, and a 4–8 week learning plan for each pilot.
