Use this worksheet to translate raw tags into business-facing KPIs and the actions they enable. Keep the mapping compact—start with 5–10 tags for a single decision.

How to use: duplicate the table rows for each tag. For each KPI specify the expected latency (minutes/hours), who validates the KPI, and the concrete action that follows a breach. Keep transformations reproducible (store formulas in a shared repo or transformation table).
